Don Thomas is one of the premier outdoor writers of our generation. He has written 20 books that range in topic from wingshooting to fly fishing and traditional bowhunting. He was, up until very recently, the co-editor of Traditional Bowhunting Magazine. Don and I have bowhunted together twice now, both times here in Alberta chasing Whitetails in the Edmonton Bowzone.
My favourite book of Don's is "To All Things a Season", a series of 12 months of being afield with fly rod, shotgun and longbow. At the end of each chapter is a recipe. However, all of his books are enthralling and difficult to put down once you get reading.
I hope you'll enjoy listening to Don and a few of his stories.
